20 Years Ago – the Vriend Case

It was twenty years ago that I helped several equity-seeking groups obtain the first level of justice for Albertans in having their human rights recognized on the basis of sexual orientation.  You can see the case here.

Ultimate Hitchhiking Experience!

Thishas got to have been the ultimate hitchhiking experience, and a true definition of optimism!  He must have been saying, “boy, won’t THIS make a story back in the cave!”  However, sheer optimism and sharp claws don’t necessarily make for a good outcome, unfortunately.
